Support Groups and Classes

The North Florida Acoustic Neuroma Association (ANA) Support Group meets quarterly at UF Health North, 15255 Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Learn more about the latest treatment options, network with other acoustic neuroma patients and find encouragement and support during the meetings. The Amelia Island Chapter of the United Ostomy Association of America (UOAA) Support Group meets monthly at UF Health North, 15255 Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. For more information, please contact co-chair Lynn Oakes at 904-460-5955.

Breast Cancer Support Group, a monthly group that is committed to enhancing the lives of women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Through educational and emotional support, resources, fun activities and speakers, this group's mission is ensure that women feel empowered and encouraged. Meetings will be held the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the UF Health North campus, 15255 Max Leggett Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
